Pack 88 Campfire Night & Camping
Event Description: Want to enjoy an evening by a campfire to eat S’mores and perform skits with your fellow scouts, but haven’t been able to make it to a Pack camping trip. We got you covered. Pack 88 is having a campfire night to do just that. Come on out to the park to perform skits and sing songs, have fun with us. Practice your skit and make us laugh. This is a fun event, lightly scheduled, so come when you can and leave when you need. But if you would like to camp out for a night, we can do that too. We have camp space to pitch tents for a night. Camping will not be any easier than this.
Date: Saturday, March 7, 2020
Start Time: 7:00 PM
End Time: 9:00 PM or earlier
Arrival Time: Arrive earlier if you want to camp and set up a tent. Otherwise early bird gets the best seats.
Location: Riparian Preserve Park – 2757 E. Guadalupe Road, Gilbert, AZ 85234
Uniform: Class-A or Class-B Uniform. Dress for the night weather.

Fees: FREE (unless you are camping then it is $5/person to camp overnight)

What to Bring:
Campfire: A Camp Chair, a beverage, and a skit (really, prepare a skit ahead of time)
Camping: Tent, sleeping gear, change of clothes
Restrictions: No alcohol. We cannot drive up to the campsite, park in the north lot and carry any gear to site.
Special Notes: The pack will provide the fire and s’mores, bring anything else
Scout Awards: Many of the ranks have a requirement to perform a skit as an adventure loop requirement.
